Fresno BabyFest Virtual Vendors Info

Graphic ad (size/fee depends on which level you choose ) in our "BabyFest Gazette", an 8.5X11 sized magazine we are giving out to all attendees of this year's event. This keepsake will be something people will hold onto in the coming year, and hence, will keep your business information at their finger tips.
Opportunity to put a product sample in our goodie bags that we are handing out to attendees at the entrance. (Your choice--product samples, imprinted key chains, pencils, pens, other imprinted items, etc...)--TO BE SUPPLIED BY YOU (but we will distribute them for you.)--NO PAPER PRODUCTS IN OUR GOODY BAGS UNLESS ATTACHED TO A SAMPLE....(We are including your info in our Gazette instead.)
Your business name, link and ad graphic in our Vendors Directory.
Opportunity to donate a product or products for our raffle. This is optional, but is an opportunity for further advertising. Attendees can see your products first-hand and you may include a small stack of cards with your donation for display on the raffle table.
Increase your exposure & build name recognition to increase your business.
Potential future sales from a focused group of families with babies and small children. (The Gazette may continue to circulate even after the Fest.)
The satisfaction of participating in a very worthwhile event...for both our community (in education and celebration of babies and their families), and also for The Discovery Center, a fantastic resource for families with children in our community!!

NOTE: In the event of light rain, the fest will go on outside...In the event of heavy rain, we will have to cancel the fest, as there are not appropriate indoor options at the site. FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELING THE FEST.

Goodie bag and raffle donation submissions are required by the posted deadline. If they are not in our hands by that deadline, we cannot guarantee they will make it into the goodie bags or raffle.

Fee: Ranges from $20 to $160--For inclusion of your business information in our "BabyFest Gazette", a keepsake magazine that all attendees receive at the entrance, placement of your business link on our website, and inclusion of any product samples you would like to have placed in our goody bags.

Please remember this is a "BabyFest", so keep this in mind when deciding if your business is appropriate for inclusion in our event.
Show management reserves the right of assignment, and to curtail exhibits in whole or in part that reflect against the character of the show.
For Direct Sales Reps: We're going with first come, first served on companies...only 1 booth per company.
NOTE--If a virtual vendor for the same company submits info BEFORE an actual physical vendor, they will be permitted access to the event via virtual vendor options...HOWEVER, if a physical vendor signs up before a virtual vendor, we will be turning away virtual vendors from the same company. Please email us to see if there is already a rep from your company signed up. Spots are not reserved, however, until payment is made in full.
Virtual vendor space costs are non-refundable as of 60 days before the event. See deadlines below.
